At Clearwater Key, families will feel like they are in the Caribbean without having to spend the money or time to arrive there. The clear, cool pools are surrounded by white sand beaches and it really offers a tropical atmosphere with hundreds of palm trees.
The Roundabout River has 1200 feet of water swirling around and around. Just grab a float and enjoy the water while floating around and soaking up the rays. When the sun gets too hot you can cool off under one of the many waterfalls. The wave pool is one of the hottest attractions because you can ride the waves and really feel like you are at the beach. There are many waterslides, too, with some reaching six stories tall!
Kids of every age will enjoy the water park at Geyser Falls. There is an area that is great for adults, too, with a Tiki Bar, heated pool, and even a performing stage. There is also a picnic area where large groups can spread out and enjoy a snack, meal, or just hanging out. The park is open 10:30 am until 6 pm on Monday through Saturday and from 12 pm until 6 pm on Sundays. The warmer months are the best time to visit because the water is refreshing and cool. Those planning on visiting the park for four days or more may save money by buying season passes. There are restaurants in the area that offer discounts on admission, too. Adult admission is $25.99 and those under 48 inches enter for $18.99. Kids three and under are admitted free.
